Children First Family Mediation are a non profit family mediation service based in Manchester who wanted a new website to really improve the service they provide online.
This website design was mapped out to follow the process a client may go on when visiting the website. It was crucial to ensure all the information was easy to find and they were able to navigate around the site with ease. The site is mobile friendly as now nearly 50% of visitors are viewing websites on mobile devices.
The new website now allows clients to fill out the full referral form online rather than having to print out a paper version, it provides them with quick and easy navigation to all the useful resources that CFFM provide.
The feedback from the new website design has been really positive with users finding it very easy to find the specific information they are looking for.
